This “Privacy Policy” contains information regarding how Nagaich Services Private Limited (NSPL) collects, uses, stores, and shares personal information. To make this Privacy Policy easier to read, NSPL’s various products and services are collectively called the “Services.” This Privacy Policy describes the types of information NSPL may collect and NSPL’s practices for using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing that information.
1. PRIVACY POLICY CHANGES
AO may change or modify this Privacy Policy from time to time, in NSPL’s sole discretion. NSPL encourages you to frequently check this page for any changes to NSPL’s Privacy Policy.
2. COLLECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
Your use of the Services results in the following information collected by NSPL:
A) Registration Information.
Name, email address, and zip code.
B) Use Analytics
The Services may automatically collect certain types of technical information, such as: browser or device type, language preference, referring site, operating system, date and time of visit, and average duration of session. NSPL uses technical information to better understand how users use the Services so that NSPL can maintain and improve the Services.
C) Location Information & IP Addresses
Internet Protocol addresses indicate the location of your computer or mobile device on a network connected to the Internet. Accessing the Services may result in the logging of IP addresses for systems administration, troubleshooting, and to prevent prohibited access. While this may be used to infer an approximation of your location when using the Services, NSPL does not log IP addresses to track your location. NSPL may link IP addresses to other information in order to monitor account sharing and prevent prohibited activity.
3. USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
NSPL may use the information collected or shared with NSPL for several purposes, including but not limited to, to: provide the Services, improve the Services, communicate with you, perform analytics about use of the Services, ensure legal and contractual compliance, and carry out any other lawful purpose as may be disclosed to you at any time. NSPL may share the information collected with third party service providers for the limited purpose of providing the Services.
4. ANONYMIZED DATA
In addition to the other uses described in this Policy, NSPL may de-identify, anonymize, and aggregate data so that it is no longer personally identifiable data. NSPL may use this data to improve the Services or, without limitation, to develop, analyze, or combine the anonymized data for commercial purposes. NSPL use this information to better understand how NSPL’s visitors use the Services, and to maintain and improve the Services.
5. COOKIES
Your use of the Services may result in the assignment and storage of session cookies to recognize your access privileges and use. A cookie is a text file that is placed on the hard disk of your computer or mobile device by a server. Session cookies expire when you end your session and close your browser interface. Cookies cannot be used to run programs or deliver viruses to your computer or mobile device. Cookies are uniquely assigned to you, and can only be read by a server in the domain that issued the cookie to you. NSPL may use cookies to help NSPL identify and track visitors, their usage of and preferences on the Services. Visitors who do not wish to have cookies placed on their computers or mobile devices should set their browsers to “Refuse Cookies” before using NSPL’s Services, with the drawback that certain features of NSPL’s Services may not function properly without the aid of cookies.
6. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
NSPL takes commercially reasonable measures to protect against the unauthorized access, use, sharing, alteration, or destruction of personal information.
NSPL discloses personal information only on an as needed (or required) basis as follows:
- To NSPL’s employees, contractors, or service providers that: (1) need to know in order to provide the Services; and (2) that have expressly agreed not to disclose it to others outside of the the purpose for which it was shared with them.
- As required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process. To the extent NSPL is legally permitted to do so, NSPL will take commercially reasonable steps to notify you in the event that NSPL is required to provide your personal information as part of a legal process or proceeding.
- When NSPL believes in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect NSPL’s rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a written government request.
- If NSPL becomes involved in a merger, acquisition, or any form of sale of some or all of its assets. In the event of a merger, acquisition, or any form of sale of some or all of NSPL’s assets, NSPL will use commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that the acquiring organization agrees to protect personal information in accordance with the commitments NSPL has made in this Privacy Policy, and that the acquiring organization will provide notice before personal information becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
- To any other third party with your prior consent to do so.
7. FEEDBACK & SUPPORT
If you send NSPL a support request, NSPL reserves the right to publish questions and answers, or other information (after it has been anonymized and de-identified) in order to help NSPL clarify or respond to your request or to help NSPL support other users (for example, a FAQ or support page).
8. SECURITY
To prevent unauthorized access, safeguard data accuracy, and maintain the appropriate use of information, NSPL has put in place appropriate procedures to protect personal information that NSPL stores. NSPL makes every effort to ensure the integrity and security of NSPL’s network and systems. However, since the Internet is not 100% secure and as new technology evolves and emerges, NSPL cannot guarantee that NSPL’s security measures will prevent third-party interferences from illegally obtaining or tampering with your personal information. NSPL encourages you to help NSPL by also taking precautions to protect your personal information when you use the Services and to notify NSPL immediately if you believe there has been a security breach.
9. PRIVACY OF MINORS
NSPL does not promote or offer the Services for use by anyone under the age of 13 (“minors”), knowingly solicit or collect personal information from minors, and will not knowingly link to any third-party website or platform that solicits or collects personal information from minors. If you believe that a minor has disclosed personal information to NSPL or that NSPL has linked to such a third-party or user website or platform, please contact us immediately.
10. CALIFORNIA CONSUMER PRIVACY RIGHTS
The California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”) provides protections for residents of California with regard to personal information and applies to certain businesses that collect such information. Under CCPA, personal information generally means information that can identify, relate to, describe, be associated with, or be reasonably capable of being associated with a particular consumer, household, or device.
Your rights with regard to personal information include:
Right to access personal information that NSPL collects. This right includes access to the:
- categories of specific personal information NSPL collects,
- categories of sources from which that information is collected
- business purpose for collection, and
- categories of third parties with which the information is shared, and
- response data (if applicable) in a portable format.
Right to the deletion of personal information that NSPL, or NSPL’s service providers, collect.
Right to non-discrimination when exercising your rights under the CCPA.
Exercising California Consumer Privacy Rights
With regard to any information for which NSPL is a business under CCPA, please contact us and NSPL will provide a response within 45 days of receiving a verifiable request. NSPL may extend this time by up to 90 days, but NSPL will let you know of this during the initial 45 days. A verifiable request is one made by you or someone authorized to act on your behalf. NSPL does not require that you have an account with NSPL in order to make requests, however, if you do not have an account with NSPL, NSPL may ask additional information for the purpose of verifying the request. After verification, NSPL will respond with the information requested for the preceding 12-month period (you can make two such requests during a 12-month period). NSPL’s response will either be sent through your account with NSPL, by mail, or electronically, at your option.
